1. SELLER: This site is operated by a collector, which should therefore not be considered as anything other than an individual, buying and selling for his own account. Watch-Club is not meant to be a source of income or a business, and it does not constitute a principal activity.

2. TERMS: All sales are final and will therefore not be reimbursed under any circumstances. Nevertheless, I will gladly exchange, for a watch I have available for sale of  similar value, any watch which I have previously sold within 1 year of purchase, for any reason whatsoever, against a handling fee. This fee will be of 16% of the price of the watch during the first 60 days following purchase, and an additionnal 8% thereafter, provided that  it is returned at buyer’s cost, in a condition that matches its initial description. I will vaive this fee during the first 60 days following purchase if the returned watch was clearly malfunctionning prior to time of shipment, if confirmed by my service shop. This fee will not be waived for visual or non functional defects of any nature.

3. CONDITION: All my watches have been serviced by a professional (this means new batteries for electric or electronic watches, a full service for mechanical or electric watches). All electronic watches are rechecked before shipment. All watches come with either: the original leather or steel band if in perfect or very good original condition, or a new or as new band in natural rubber, calfskin, pigskin, ostrich or alligator. leather, as best suits the origial style. New Old Stock watches may have very light scratches, due to handling over the years. Other watches may present scratches and wear, or light discoloring of dial or needles. Each watch is shipped in suitable packaging, in an original, “period” or luxury giftbox, as available. Condition of glass, dial, case, bracelet etc...may be judged prior to sale on site pictures and description, which is deemed to be as acurate as possible.

4. CARE: Collectors watches are beautifully crafted objects, with often sophisticated mechanical or electrical parts, manufactured sometimes many years ago. One should therefore not expect reliability, performance or water resistance to be comparable to that of a modern watch. I recommend that you treat your watch with care, and avoid water, extreme temperatures, sports, and that you have your watch checked every 18 months by a qualified professional. Certain electronic or LED watches will need batteries replaced more frequently, depending on usage. Mechanical watches which are not worn for extended periods should be winded once a month, electrical or electronic watches should have their batteries removed. Such care will help you keep your watch for decades, for your children to enjoy.

5. PURCHASE: I am always looking to buy or exchange watches of similar style to the ones shown on this site. Part-exchange on urchase can also be considered. Condition of your watch should be close to immaculate, both technically and aesthetically. Please email me front, back and side pictures, as well as your asking price, for a prompt reply.

6. PAYMENT: Accepatable forms of payment are: C.O.D., Personnal or Business Cheque ( please allow at least 30 days for clearance), Bank draft or Money Order, Bank Transfer. We also accept PAYPAL if you wish to use a VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD, with a transaction surcharge of 2% per order. I will not ship any watch without complete and bank confirmed payment.

7. SHIPMENT: All waches are shipped in protective packaging, which includes: an inner box, foam, and an outer box. Shipment is via registered and insured national or international mail, at buyers own risks.
